The other day I drove past a 'Work At Home' sign posted on a lamp post and I just had to shake my head and laugh. I got thinking about all of the amateur marketing strategies that most network marketers use and how unfavorable they are to your network matketing business. These "strategies" give work from home industry a bad name [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] by making it look cheap and tacky, not to mention they are like 'Lead Repellent' for anyone attempting to build [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] their business like this.
It is quite sad [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] too, that in 2011, these washed up, substandard and amateur marketing strategies are still being shown to network marketers the world over. This industry is changing, and with theadvancements in technology and our industry as a whole, there are a lot better and efficient methods to build your network marketing business.
In this article, I've pinpointed what [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] I believe to be the worst marketing strategies used in the homw based business industry, and an invite to a free marketing webinar, where you will learn some substitute marketing strategies that are certain to collect some much better results for your business.
Amateur Network Marketing Strategy #1: Dropping [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] Off Flyers
[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]
Dropping off flyers is really ridiculous. I once delivered flyers to mail boxes for probably five hrs every day...until I discovered how inefficient they were. Work from home flyers generally don't look very good, have terrible [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] copy, and shout 'cheap' and 'amateur'.
Flyers leave possible prospects to think that they're going to have to drop off flyers as well, in order to build [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] their business, which is not a very attractive thought to say the least.
[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] Amateur Network Marketing Strategy #2: The 'Three Foot Rule'
The dreaded '3 Foot Rule' is essentially all about pouncing on anybody standing within 3 feet of you and smothering them with facts about your network marketing opportunity. You know, walking [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] up to a random person and using a classic line like, "You look like a sharp person, I think you should sign up with me in my network marketing business...blah, blah...random fact...blah, blah...random statistic...etc".
When people go to the store to buy a Snickers bar and a loaf [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] of bread, the last [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] thing they want is to be bothered by some 'wild' person telling them that they can make a billion dollars in the next 12 months if they just join your MLM business.
This is [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] an extremely aggressive way to prospect and it will frighten away more people then it will ever [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] in my business, you're going to have to go around posting cheap signs on street signs too.
Because they are so cheap, they make people to think that you're not making any money yourself. If they think that, why would they join your business?
